I love this DQ outlet, and have been going off and on for about ten years now. Everyone there is great - except for one girl.
If you are waited on by Mary better find somewhere else to eat. She is a friendly, cheerful girl, but she can never seem to get anything right. Everytime I am in there I see a steady stream of customers returning their orders because she got it wrong.
Other times I see her leaving ice cream on the counter for long periods of time, and then serving it melted to customers. She seems like a nice kid, but she really needs to pay more attention to her work.

Dairy Queen needs to "i don't need to be contacted, just please retrain this girl" according to poster's claims.
