This is not to a specific DQ but towards the company itself. I ordered a Birthday cake online well in advance (almost 2 weeks).
The day before the scheduled pickup the left a message on my phone stating that the cake design was on back order. I used online and had picked the perfect cake, was so disappointed when I had to pick another on the spot to replace it.
They could have sent me an email that it was out of stock or better yet, not let the order go through! So I picked another one let's see if the rest of it is right when I pick it up tomorrow....NOT IMPRESSED!
