Bought a $28.99 ice cream cake and ask them to hold it for a day. Their policy is to keep the receipt and put it on the cake.

They lost it. It took 45 minutes for them to decide to give me what I paid for when I came back to get it. Could have been handled so many better ways. The manager didn't even come out to apologize in person.

She sent an employee to give me what I had paid for with a coupon for a smaller cake.

Since I had told them I was from out of town they should have known that was useless to me. DQ grill and chill Restaurant, Central Point, Oregon

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Unconcerned rude customer service from the manager, Management.
